Dear Artist/Exhibitor,

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 13th Annual Gourd Art Festival.

The good news is, the upcoming show is projected to again produce strong sales for participants because of the extensive marketing planned for this year's event and the rigorous selection process for allowing in exhibitors.

The bad news is, only those quick to act will get in to the show. Booth spaces are in greater demand due to the anticipated high sales volumes for exhibitors, and between past exhibitors returning and new artists coming in, spaces are filling up fast!

In order to ensure the strongest sales possible for our exhibitors, we are implementing a new marketing approach in order to increase attendance and bring in more affluent buyers.

This new approach involves marketing in high-class publications, which require us to submit professional quality photos of gourd art.

Therefore all artist exhibitors (not exhibitors selling just supplies) are required to submit one or more professional photos of their art work. The good news is, if you do not have professional photos we will have them taken for you free of charge!!

All you have to do is mail us 1-3 art pieces; we will have photos taken by a professional photographer and then mail the pieces back to you! Your only fee is $15 to cover the cost of mailing them back to you (insurance optional).
